KLARITAS is a strategic operational consultancy founded with one conviction: every church deserves the clarity to thrive. We equip churches with proven frameworks and scalable systems, so leaders can stop firefighting and start leading with confidence.

We don't come with theoretical advice or cookie-cutter programs. We come with 17 years of hands-on operational experience and a proven methodology that works.

The founder

Michael Rumende

For 17 years Michael served as an Executive Pastor at a church that grew from 100 to over 1,500 people, building the scalable systems that made that growth sustainable. KLARITAS is the overflow of that experience, now serving churches and faith-based organisations across Australia.
